Are You Seeking Absolution?

Have you sinned? Is there an incident in your past that's sits uneasily on your conscience, the guilt never quite leaving you? You may confess your sins to me, and via a suitable punishment (often corporal) I will grant you absolution. I'm essentially like the Catholic Church but a lot more fun...

The Case of Christopher H vs The Court of Mistress Natasha

VERDICT

By his own admission, Christopher H has admitted that on an undetermined date, when he was approximately 15 years of age, he locked his sister in a room, against her will. She was 12 years old. Whilst confined in the room, the accused proceeded to shout the rules of the house at his sister through the door. The sister was kept confined for a few minutes before being released. The accused has pleaded guilty to the charge of False Imprisonment*. The defendant is charged with an additional count of Psychological and Verbal Abuse**. This charge is punishable by corporal methods.

Mistress Natasha shall administer the punishment, which is detailed as follow: 30 x strokes administered to the accused’s buttocks with a tawse (30, being the number of minutes the sister was kept in the room x the accused’s approximate age)

30 x strokes administered to the accused’s buttocks with a leather flogger/cat ‘o nine tails

An as-yet undecided number of lashes administered to the accused’s buttocks with a cane (both the number of lashes and the particular cane, of Mistress Natasha’s choosing)

* False Imprisonment occurs when a person is forcibly or secretly confined, abducted, imprisoned or restrained without a legal reason against their will. ** Psychological/Verbal Abuse is a form of abuse, characterized by a person subjecting, or exposing, another person to behaviour that may result in psychological trauma, including anxiety, chronic depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder.
